My Story

I knew I couldn’t go back to work the long retail hours that I previously did & nor did I want to. I was a single parent, so it was going to be difficult & I decided that I wanted something that could work around him and that allowed me to work from home.

So in June 2016, during Jacob’s nap times etc. I came up with the idea to start my own online business selling products I had an interest in & I created Beauty Box Boutique.  I first started with a few clothing ranges, then added skincare, make up & lots of hair & beauty accessories that I thought my customers would love.

I started out using a sales group on Facebook before moving on to build my website so I could get my products out to anyone in the UK.

I built a good customer base & my brand grew. In January 2018, I added the FM fragrances & cosmetics range to my collection after falling in love with the products. My customers also fell in love with the products & this was a huge turning point in my business.

Fast forward 3 years I now have a team of over 2000 people who are now also working the business from home.

My aim is to help as many people as I can create the amazing work/life balance that I've managed to create around my son, as being a single parent isn't easy. I truly believe that this is perfect to work around our lives & I love when I see other people in my team reach the same goals.

The FM business has allowed me to travel to Singapore & I’ve also qualified for 2 future holidays to the Maldives & Hamilton Island in Australia.

It allows me to drive my dream car, as FM reward you with car payments depending on levels achieved. It has allowed me to make a dream come true & buy a holiday home for Jacob and I. We spend a lot of time here & with my business, I can work anywhere at all. As long as I have my laptop & phone, I can enjoy going here as often as I possibly can and make amazing memories for Jacob growing up. I hit my biggest promotion level in November 2020, achieving Diamond Orchid within the company, and also celebrated huge team success. There is no better feeling than see your team succeed and changing their lives.

It’s allowed me to do things I never ever thought possible as whilst I was on maternity leave, I really did feel I would struggle financially but with the right mindset & always believing; you can achieve anything you put your mind to. I made sure I planned my goals & never stopped until I ticked them off the list. I am constantly making new goals 😂🤷🏻‍♀️.
